Promote Your Blog Now

May 28, 2008

Promoting your blog is for the most part really easy. I’ve learned this with the dozens and dozens of blogs I’ve created and maintained. The formula is simple. Original content + incoming links + regular updates = traffic.  If you’re like most bloggers, you have probably succeeded in posting original content and you probably update regularly.  Chances are, you’re probably failing with the incoming links. Let me help you – for just $200 I will build serious, high quality one way links to your site.  I guarantee that these links will lead to: 1) more traffic 2) better rankings and 3) more links. Stop waiting around for the missing piece.  Email me today and in short order you’ll be on your way to achieving your goals.  The bottom line is that no one will even come close to this price. PERIOD.

Article Marketing Continues…

May 20, 2008

I’m posting PLR articles to my three main sites on a daily basis. My source for these articles is Article Underground and so far this site has delivered exactly as promised. It’s a little pricey but otherwise seems worth.  Basically, I am rewriting the title and adding my own articles resources before I post. Broadly, I’m focusing on health, travel and education.   For, Article-Jungle.com I am doing rewrites of the articles to keep duplicate content down plus posting lots of my own original content.  So far quite a few pages are being indexed by the search engines from each of these article sites. Diggs seem to help enticing the spiders to crawl the site quicker. I’ll be interested to see how long it takes to get some PR for these different sites.

I’m also turning to iFreelance to get 15-30 original articles up on my flagship site (which will remain unnamed) within my specific niche.  So between article announcements, link building, posting content daily and blog commenting I’m very busy.

What really concerns me is the total amount of junk products out there that internet marketers are selling.  99% of products that will help you get traffic, build links, submit articles, etc. are complete bunk. I’ll write more about the products that suck soon. But if you know of some that you have personal experience with, please let me know.

May 15, 2008: An Update on My SEO & Article Marketing

May 15, 2008

Things are going well. I’m starting to see some of my created article marketing links be recognized by the search engines. This is great, but boy this a slow process! I’m also concerned about backlinks that originate from blogs and point to my content. They don’t appear to be registering; only very slowly and partially at best.

I’m also concerned about my article site: article-jungle.com. A lot of the content (90%) is coming from iSnare. I hope the site doesn’t fall victim to duplicate content filters. That would really piss me off.

In terms of SEO, I have to say I am very very pleased with Nichebot. Nichebot is by far the best keyword research service on the market (and I’ve used many).  I’ve been a member for a year now and I have absolutely no regrets.  The tools are so powerful.  I do hours of research and generate tons of insights each day.  SEO knowledge, getting it quickly, and in usable formats is absolutely clutch.  Plus, each Wednesday Nichebot’s owner and developer Jim Morris does a Live Call in Show, where he fields questions from Nichebot members on a conference call/internet simulcast.  I’m going to write a lot more about Nichebot soon but if you’re interested in taking their tour and starting right away here you go.

You can thank me later.  I’m going to be recapping my article marketing efforts very soon. So, stick with me and hopefully I’ll chart a course to internet millions. I just started to make money from websites and I have to tell you the feeling is good!

Getting Ready to Submit Articles!

May 5, 2008

I’ve spent lots of time in the last few days getting ready to post a series of ten different articles to nearly 300 Article Directories using Article Submitter.  Part of the process involves registering at each website in the directory. The process is pretty straightforward and only takes a minute or so per site. After registering, each site sends you a verification link.  It takes just one click to get verified.  I’m curious to see how quick the articles get listed in the directories. The directory editors need to manually approve each article, so to be succesful the article needs pass the gateway keeper, be succesfully submitted, and then spidered by one of the search engines (registering the links back to my content). This seems like a tall order to me. I think Article Submitter will deliver, what do you think? This is the nuts and bolts of article marketing.

Article Marketing Experiment

May 5, 2008

Welcome to my Article Marketing website. I’m marketing numerous websites attempting to build traffic for each them. Several of the sites are just platforms for advertising others sell specific products (typically ebooks). This blog will track this effort. I’m going to be writing articles and submitting them to numerous sites. For this task, I will be using Brad Callen’s Article Submitter software. I’ll be keeping track of how well that software works as well.  At my disposal I also have two article directory websites that I own http://linkbax.biz and http://articles-bazaar.com. There’s been an alot of virtual ink spilled on getting traffic to websites. The formula expounded most often equates to SEO + Blogging + Article Marketing =  Targeted Web Traffic.  An entire industry has been born that is designed to get you to spend money and time researching keywords, writing blogs and writing articles in attempts to garner traffic for your sites. Well, let’s see if it works!
